The Chinese and global variant has got differentiating factor in terms of chipset. Global unit is packed with Kirin 710F chipset while Chinese variant is powered by a powerful Kirin 810 chipset which is quite disappointing at the offered price. This doesn’t affect majorly on real life usage but playing PUBG in HDR mode will results in frame lags and shutter. On other side, the device comes in 6 GB of RAM and offers 128 GB storage option.

Glass front, glass back and aluminum frame on Honor 9X certainly offers durability with premium feel to hold on. Redmi Note 9 pro camera - smartphone in nepal

The entire system is operated by Snapdragon 720 G processor that is considered a decent gaming chip. The “G” in the name of the processor specifies the gaming capability, since the manufacturer of the chipset has fabricated the processor which focuses majorly on gamers. The variation of 4 GB to 6 GB can be selected for RAM. The first one had a total size of 64 GB, and the latter has a larger 128 GB on board storage.

It comes with a quad camera set-up, as I already mentioned. The prime sensor is 48MP, followed by 8 MP camera with 119 deg field of vision, a 2MP AI portrait depth sensor and a 5MP 2-cm macro camera. On the front, the punch hole is housed with 16MP selfie camera and is advertised by Redmi as in display camera. But don’t think about that, it’s not really a camera sensor in the display.

For biometric, it uses side-mounted fingerprint sensor which responds quickly and give you smooth experience. The display is equipped with a P2i coating for splash resistance. It operates with Android v10 and MIUI 11 on top and is the next handset to upgrade to MIUI 12 which surely sounds fascinating.
